The switch is complete! I’ve moved my personal machine from Windows to Ubuntu Linux, and the first order of business is building native applications for my new platform. Time to start coding!

While the Linux ecosystem is vast, complete, and incredible, I noticed a tiny, specific gap: a simple, dedicated GUI-based utility to spell out numbers. I’ve already developed this exact kind of tool for Android, iOS, and macOS, so it only made sense to complete the set by bringing a version to my new Ubuntu platform. Time to fill that niche!
